FAQ

Selection basics

Loft and firmness

Loft and firmness decide how a pillow supports your head and neck in each position, so check both before comparing models.

How do I choose loft height for my sleeping position?

Side sleepers usually need a higher loft to fill the shoulder gap, while back sleepers often do better with a medium loft. Stomach sleepers generally prefer a low, softer profile.

How firm should memory foam feel?

Firmness is a matter of personal feel. Look for reviews that describe how the foam responds to pressure in your usual position, not just a single firmness word.

Is a firmer pillow always more supportive?

Not necessarily. A pillow that is too firm can push the head upward, so the right balance depends on your position and body shape.
